MoMoVie
📌 In July 2022, I teamed up with 3 members to take part in The A Program’s PM Challenge. We received the prompt from MoMo in which our task was to revamp the app’s Movie Ticket Booking feature to reach the business goal of achieving 500k MAUs.
👩💻 My role in the team was a Product Manager whose main tasks involved defining product vision, strategy, setting prioritizations, and devising a roadmap. The product won the First Runner-up prize.
